The double room we booked was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the large bathroom included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent information. - the hostel is located just minutes from Gran Via Street. - It is situated in a residential area close to the metro, supermarket, and various sights and shopping areas.

This hotel met my needs in every way, can't recommend it highly enough. Everything was good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and airy room. The staff was fairly friendly and affable. The location was amazing, near Teatro Lara. And close to bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

The location of Hostal Palacio Luna is magnificent, right in the center of the city. the fact that Callao tube station is just around 10 minutes away is a plus. the staff is excellent, cooperative, and amazingly kind. I would stay here again.
